The room had the same level of cleanliness and luxury that I’ve come to expect from a Hyatt, and every employee we talked to was incredibly kind and helpful. Also, the beds, showers, and bathtubs are to die for!

I cannot say enough good things. We came off of a cruise and wanted to drop our luggage before 10am. Instead of letting us just drop them off in a room they went ahead and put us in rooms. We needed three so this was amazing for us. Let me also mention this was on July 4th so I know they were busy. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed and one of the staff members immediately asked if he could give my son a toy. This made his day! The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for walking downtown, on the river front, and to Pike's Place. I will stay here every time I come.

Staff quickly accommodated us with a microwave on request. Staff were helpful with inquiries. Location was in a great spot, walking distance to most things we wanted to be close to. Rooms are really nice, beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve had.

The downtown Seattle location is close to shopping and restaurants and an easy walk to the ferry terminal, Lumen Field, and Pike Market. The room was spacious with large windows and a very comfortable bed. The huge bathroom and soaking tub were lovely as well. The hotel's sauna, steam room, and hot tub were an added bonus! The entire hotel was very clean and well cared for. We stayed at the club level and loved the afternoon snacks and the yummy breakfast offered. We will stay again--highly recommend!

My stay was amazing. The staff were friendly and most helpful. The room was ready on time and clean. The bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were made everyday by request and trashed was taken out as well. Plus the location was great distance from the convention center and a few restaurants in the area.

Room was excellent with nice view of the bay, Pikes market, a large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bed was very comfortable; king bed mattress was medium firm and very good quality, slept like a baby. There was no road noise on the 22nd floor and the noise of the Seagulls added a nice seaside touch. Loved the Ruth Chris's restaurant and bar was.

The room was exceptional, the room service first class, the menu met my needs and delivery was prompt. The staff was so friendly - every day as I left and returned from a harried day, they treated me as a welcome guest.All around it was great. Also, It is within walking distance of the train to the airport ($3.00 train instead of $40 taxi) plus it was near the Convention Center, good restaurants, movie houses, and the Paramount Theatre.
